Home Vs Outdoors?

I love to shoot in all natural environments, either in the home or a beautiful outdoor location at sunset. Both options have their pros and cons, feel free to give me a call to discuss what is right for you!

But here is a few tips ill share:

OUTDOOR SESSIONS

Pros //

• Use some of Sydney's beautiful locations at golden hour for beautiful light!
• Great option if you feel like your home won't suit for a session or you don't have enough natural light.
• Provides opportunity for kids to roam and play free

Cons//

• Best suited at last hour or 2 of the day which may be tricky timing for little ones!
• It is more reliant on weather and something like windy or cold days could effect the outcome.
• For toddlers having too much room to run around could mean alot of chasing!

HOME SESSIONS

Pros //

• I love the warmth lighting within a home
• Provides great opportunity for different nooks within the home and bed cuddles
• I also love even shooting in the bath or shower sometimes!
• Good to contain active kids in a space they're comfortable with
• Nice to creative safe space for shy kids

Cons //

• Not suited if your home has very little natural light!
